The Drake Law Review (DLR) is currently accepting submissions for Volume 70.4, to be published in Spring 2023. DLR seeks to publish articles making a significant, original contribution in any field of law with preference given for Iowa relevance.
The DLR wishes to publish articles
from legal scholars, attorneys, judges, and or faculty. Preference may be
given to authors who readily have their sources available to distribute.
Submissions should be less than 25,000 words, excluding footnotes. Manuscripts can be submitted to Scholastica (preferred) or law.review@drake.edu. The author should submit an up to date resume along with their manuscript.
