The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal invites you to submit articles for publication in Vol. 35 (2021-2022), Issues 3 and 4 to be published in early 2022.

Submission Guidelines

The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal is currently accepting articles from legal scholars and practitioners. We are seeking articles related to probate court, including matters before the probate court such as: trusts and estates, conservatorships, guardianship and adoption, intellectual disabilities, mental health commitments, etc....

All submissions must be in word document format.

We are flexible with regard to format and length. This flexibility allows us to publish probate-specific articles that otherwise, due only to their length, would not be published.

Submission Deadlines

Please submit your article and curricula vitae through Scholastica or email (projournal@quinnipiac.edu). Submissions received by December 1, 2021 will receive an expedited review and decision.
