Michigan State's flagship journal will be accepting article submissions until September 30th. Submissions through Scholastica are preferred, although email submissions are also accepted via lawreviewmsu@gmail.com.

Hello,
The post above indicates that MSLR is accepting submissions until September 30, but MSLR's "For Authors" pages indicates that submissions are currently closed and will reopen around February 1, 2023.
