The Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review is now accepting submissions for our upcoming volume! We seek articles that engage with critical issues in public interest law, including (but not limited to) racial equity, housing rights, labor and employment law, healthcare access, social security, disability rights, education policy, and other pressing matters affecting marginalized communities.
We welcome submissions from legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and advocates who are shaping the conversation on social welfare and justice. Join us in advancing scholarship that drives meaningful change!
