The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice is having an open call for submissions on a rolling basis for our Spring 2022 publication. The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice is a student-run and student-edited journal based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The Journal publishes traditional law review style articles with the intention of providing timely legal and policy updates to interested readers. We are looking for the highest quality of legal publication available on topics relating to legal practice, legal issues faced by the public, and legal policy solutions. We welcome all perspectives and all authors, as long as the piece is focused on, or includes a legal public policy. There are no word, page, or footnote count restrictions. However, footnotes must be in Bluebook format. We welcome any and all submissions and look forward to reading your work! Please note that we only accept exclusive articles that have not and will not be published elsewhere.
To submit an article, please email a copy of the manuscript and your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org or through Scholastica.
Questions about submissions should be addressed to the Articles Editor, Kiley Eichelberger at
