The Indiana International and Comparative Law Review (IICLR) is currently accepting submissions for multiple issues of our Volume XXXIV publishing cycle. We expect to publish one issue in late Fall 2023 and another issue in Spring 2024. IICLR is a premier law review that addresses contemporary issues in international and comparative law.

Topics of Interest

We welcome articles or essays by both scholars and practitioners addressing important issues in international or comparative law. Topics can include international human rights law, comparative analyses, international business law, international commercial arbitration, international criminal law, or any other topic addressing a prominent topic of international or comparative law.

Submission Information

Though we do not have a length requirement, we expect submissions to thoroughly address the topic of the article.
Please adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st edition) for citation and formatting guidelines. Though our law review will provide comprehensive citation editing, we will consider the quality of the citations in our review process.

We will be reviewing articles on a rolling basis through September 15, 2023. Please submit all articles through our Scholastica page. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at
iiclriul@iupui.edu.

We look forward to reviewing your articles!
