Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly (CLQ) is accepting submissions for Volume 48. CLQ is the country's oldest law journal devoted exclusively to constitutional issues.
CLQ endeavors to publish high-quality scholarship that centers the perspectives of Black, Indigenous, People of Color in today's most consequential legal discussions. CLQ stands against White Supremacy. See our letter here:
We highly encourage authors of color; LGBTQI+ authors; disabled authors; authors from low-income backgrounds; and all authors from communities that are traditionally underrepresented in constitutional law scholarship to submit with CLQ.
