The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law is currently seeking submissions for our Symposium issue, Shaping American Nationalism: An Examination on Immigration Law, Gender, and Sexuality.
The Symposium issue will be published in Spring 2019, and will focus on the intersections of immigration law and issues of gender and sexuality. We are particularly interested in receiving works regarding family separation at the border, obstacles to getting asylum, and how gender and sexuality interplay with the definition of "credible fear."
