The Canada-United States Law Journal (CUSLJ) is a binational law journal dedicated to promoting discussion and debate of legal issues arising in the Canada/U.S. law context. The Journal is published once annually by a binational team of editors located both at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
The Journal is pleased to announce that it is now accepting submissions in the form of articles, comments and notes for CUSLJ Volume 48, scheduled to be published in Summer 2024.
Submissions via Scholastica are greatly preferred. Please submit a CV and cover letter along with your manuscript. CUSLJ reviews submissions on a rolling basis.
