Our 30th issue is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and will dedicate a portion of this issue to the late Judge Thomas Buergenthal who served on the International Court of Justice and had ties to the University of Buffalo School of Law.
We are seeking manuscripts related to human rights issues in both the domestic and international arenas.
