The Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law is currently accepting submissions for Volume 45. 

The Review welcomes article submissions on a wide variety of topics related to banking and financial law, including regulation of markets and financial institutions, tax law, corporate law, bankruptcy, and digital currency. Above all, our priority is to publish articles that offer new ideas and relate to current events.

We accept submissions from legal scholars, judges, and practitioners on a rolling basis. For inquiries, or if you would like to send your manuscript and CV directly to us, you may contact our Editor-in-Chief, Jack Leary, at RBFL@bu.edu.
