The Toledo Law Review is currently accepting submissions for our final two issues of the 2021-2022 cycle. Please send submissions through Scholastica, and include a manuscript, CV, and any other attachments as both Word and PDF files. Similarly, you may submit your manuscript, CV, and any other attachments to lawreview@utoledo.edu. Please contact marcus.reed3@rockets.utoledo.edu for direct questions.

Published three times per year, the Toledo Law Review provides meaningful discourse for professors, judges, practitioners, and students. Each issue is specifically formatted and organized to maximize impact, relevancy, and continuity. 

The Toledo Law Review is operated and edited purely by students of the University of Toledo College of Law. The Toledo Law Review boasts itself in its ability to timely communicate with authors, expediate the publication process, and provides authors with two occasions to accept/review/decline changes before publication. 

As the Toledo Law Review is a general interest publication, we accept articles on a variety of topics. 

The Toledo Law Review was established in 1968 and has proven itself as it is one of the most cited to journals in the Ohio-Michigan-Indiana tri-state area. Further, the Toledo Law Review prides itself in maintaining a reputation of excellence, professionalism, and standard-setting in the industry.
