The Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives ("MCRP") seeks article and student note submissions for its Volume 11 publication.

MCRP is grounded in the discipline of Critical Race Theory. Through this academic lens, MCRP seeks to examine law, race, and identity in order to address and transform legal, political, social, and economic systems that subordinate people of color. Accordingly, authors that speak to the tenants of Critical Race Theory, or examine institutions as they relate to the intersection of law, race, and identity will be seriously considered.

Authors should submit their articles via Scholastica or via email to mcrpjournal@gmail.com. Articles must follow the guidelines below and be submitted no later than Wednesday, July 18, 2018 by 5:00 p.m. EDT. Selected authors will be notified by Wednesday, August 15, 2018.

-Submissions should be approximately 10,000 words in length, including footnotes.
-Authors should include a cover letter, and a resume or curriculum vitae along with their submission.

For questions please contact Submissions Editor James Gilmore at jag336@georgetown.edu
