The Georgetown Environmental Law Review is currently accepting student note submissions for Volume 38! Note submissions are accepted on a rolling basis until filled.
Our journal publishes scholarship on environmental law and its intersections with fields including natural resources law, administrative law, international law, state and local law, and energy law, among others. Note submissions must be from a current student or recent graduate from a legal degree program (i.e. J.D., L.L.M., or similar). Student notes should be between 6,000-8,000 words and may not exceed 10,000 words in length.
Submissions should include a current draft of the note, the author’s CV, and a cover letter if desired. Please indicate in your submission that you wish to be considered as a student note. We accept submissions via email at gelrsubmissions@gmail.com or through Scholastica.
Please reach out to gelrsubmissions@gmail.com with any questions related to student note submission. We look forward to reviewing your work!
