The Indiana Law Review (ILR) cordially invites you to submit an article manuscript for publication consideration in ILR’s Volume 57 Symposium Issue and/or a presentation topic for consideration to participate in the Symposium. ILR is seeking articles and presentations from diverse scholars in various areas of law that examine and even reimagine AI and healthcare.

Topics for articles or presentations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Liability for malpractice (healthcare provider, AI developer, or both)
  • Regulatory Approval (a framework to approve an AI system in healthcare facility)
  • Intellectual property protection of the AI system
  • Racial justice, social justice, and equity in AI and Healthcare
  • Local, state, and federal roles in funding AI investments
  • Ethical consideration in using AI for healthcare
  • The future of AI and healthcare
  • Employment impact by utilizing AI
  • Historical approaches to technology in the healthcare system
