The American Journal of Law & Medicine (AJLM) is currently soliciting papers for inclusion in Volume 51, Issue 1 to be published in Spring 2025! AJLM is the nation’s leading health law journal, published by students at Boston University School of Law in conjunction with the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics since 1975. We employ a broad scope to cover topics related to health law and policy, including the legal, policy, and ethical aspects of public health and health care. AJLM seeks original and timely legal scholarship by leading experts in the field.
