The St. Thomas University Journal of Complex Litigation is currently accepting submissions for its Spring 2016 publication. The Journal is currently one
of two student-run law reviews in the country; exclusively covering topics in
the field of complex litigation, including: mass torts, class actions,
multi-district litigations, electronic discovery, and other dynamic areas of
litigation practice that frequently affect complex litigations. Our mission is to publish relevant and
thought provoking articles on these topics, so the Journal will become a resource for legal practitioners and judges
who frequently practice in this area of the law.
