arXiv's endorsement requirement

My paper QUANTUM COMPUTERS USE VECTOR-TENSOR-SCALAR GEOMETRY was rejected because “the manuscript is not on the arXiv.” Since I don't know any scientists, I've been unable to find an endorser for my article as arXiv requires. I have tried asking for endorsement from strangers, but don't even get a reply. I don’t understand arXiv’s requirement for endorsement. There’s no comparison between me and Albert Einstein, but Prof. Timothy Ferris said in his 1988 book “Coming of Age in the Milky Way” that Einstein knew no scientists at the start of his career. If he’d been able to submit the theory of Special Relativity to arXiv in 1905, they would have foolishly rejected it. This is most perplexing since it would not be, and would never have been, arXiv's intent to sacrifice scientific viewpoints because of a lack of social connections.
