Hi,
Just came across 2 very good articles on starting your own open access journal. I should point out that the writer of the articles believes in using Open Source software rather than Scholastica. Personally I'm still exploring the differences and not sure how well supported OJS is yet.
If you use Scholastica do you need the archiving and other systems he speaks of or is some of that taken care of for you?
