The Howard Law Journal is currently accepting submissions for Volume 65, which will be published beginning Fall 2021.
Completed manuscripts will be considered for publication on a rolling basis. Please submit to the Howard Law Journal via Scholastica, and direct all inquiries to our Executive Solicitations & Submissions Editor, Katherine Sawczyn (hljexecutivesolicitations@gmail.com). Articles should be between 25-50 pages, not including footnotes. Citations should follow the Bluebook 21st edition.
