JCFL Volume XXIII: Call for Submissions
The Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law is accepting submissions for the fall issue of Volume XXIII. This year, the Journal's Symposium is centered on the theme of Whistleblowing. Submissions on this topic are of particular interest, but the Journal welcomes articles addressing all topics related to corporate and business law, including corporate governance, securities regulation, bankruptcy, banking, finance, and tax issues.
