The Seton Hall Legislative Journal invites submissions for publication in Volume 43, to be published in the 2018-2019 year.
Each issue of the Journal features the promotion and critique of legislation, regulations, and statutory interpretation in all areas of the law.
We are looking for submissions that are at least 20 pages in length, and a minimum of 160 footnotes, but will consider shorter submissions. Scholarship can be submitted through Scholastica or by emailing: setonhalllegislativejournal1@gmail.com.
