The Santa Clara Journal of International Law is accepting submissions for its Spring Volume (Volume 21, Issue 2, 2023).
The Santa Clara Journal of International Law is an entirely student-run organization dedicated to providing contemporary and original analysis of international socio-political, economic, and cultural issues.
The Journal invites submissions of original contributions concerning issues of international and comparative legal scholarship. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all slots are filled. Manuscripts submitted directly to the Santa Clara Law Journal should be accompanied by a cover letter including the author’s name, address, telephone number, and email address.
