The Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (JELL) at the University of Oregon School of Law is pleased to announce a call for articles for publication in our 36th Volume, forthcoming in spring 2021. Articles must discuss new ideas and contemporary topics in environmental and natural resources law. Articles should be over 3,000 words and must not exceed 25,000 words.
